A popular coffee shop in Ufa is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Barista to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and tea beverages for our customers, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with knowledge of Indian coffee culture and traditional beverages
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high volume situations with ease
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to our company's standards and procedures
