We are in need of a skilled Barista to join our team at a bustling cafe in the city of Ufa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. You must have excellent knowledge of different coffee blends and brewing techniques, as well as experience in creating latte art. A friendly and outgoing personality is essential for providing exceptional customer service. Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of different coffee blends and brewing techniques
- Ability to create latte art
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Filipino or Nepali nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
- Must have valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship
