Instrument Technician for Contract Position in Ufa, Russia
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician for a contract position in Ufa, Russia. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments used in the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments
- Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure instruments are functioning properly
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop solutions for complex instrument issues
- Keep accurate records of instrument maintenance and repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of instrument calibration techniques
- Familiarity with various types of instruments used in the industry
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills would be a plus)
- Must have own tools
Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
Visa and Ticket:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months. The company will provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip air tickets.
