Radio Technician

We are seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Ufa. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for our clients. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance checks, and ensuring all equipment is in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radio technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain radio equipment for clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment
- Ensure all equipment is in compliance with industry standards
- Keep detailed records of all work performed
- Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and advancements in the field of radio technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of radio technology and equipment
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (Filipino nationality preferred)
