Construction Manager in Ufa, Russia

A construction company in Ufa, Russia is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise and manage construction teams including subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and equipment
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in using construction management software
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
