Office Assistant in Ufa, Russia

We are hiring an office assistant to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. Your duties will include managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Nepali nationals or foreigners with a biometric passport are encouraged to apply. Women are also welcome to apply for this position.
