Pastry Chef

We are hiring an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Ufa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry kitchen and managing a team of pastry cooks. You will also collaborate with the executive chef to develop new menu items and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and customer requests
- Oversee the pastry kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory, and scheduling staff
- Train, supervise, and motivate pastry cooks to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
- Work closely with the executive chef to develop new menu items that align with customer preferences and current food trends
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed in the pastry kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet health code standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Creativity in developing new flavors and dessert presentations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa, Russia. We welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
