Surveyor Assistant/Helper (Nepali Speaking)

We are in search of a diligent and hardworking Surveyor Assistant/Helper to join our team in Ufa. As a Surveyor Assistant/Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the surveyor in carrying out various tasks related to land surveying. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, suitable for Nepali speakers with experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the surveyor in collecting and recording accurate data on land conditions, boundaries, and features using specialized equipment.
- Prepare and maintain surveying equipment, ensuring they are properly calibrated and in good working condition.
- Help set up markers, stakes, and other reference points to guide the surveying process.
- Conduct basic calculations and measurements under the guidance of the surveyor.
- Assist with drafting survey maps and reports based on collected data.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on site.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Nepali and have a good understanding of English.
- Previous experience as a Surveyor Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical skills.
- Physical fitness to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
