Job Title: Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Ufa. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about product placement. Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Analyze sales data to determine which products are selling well and make recommendations for future orders
- Communicate with store managers to ensure proper placement of products in stores
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies for products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
