Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and detailed measurements and surveys of land, using specialized equipment and techniques. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that land is properly prepared for development projects. Your duties will also include creating maps and reports based on your survey findings, as well as providing recommendations for land use and development. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measurements and surveys of land using GPS, total stations, levels, and other equipment
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine the appropriate location for buildings, roads, utilities, etc.
- Provide recommendations for land use based on survey findings
- Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys and measurements
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Use computer software such as AutoCAD to analyze survey data
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying equipment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other computer software used for survey analysis
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa. However, we welcome candidates from any nationality who are fluent in English.
