English Language Tutor



We are seeking a qualified English Language Tutor to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students of all levels and ages. This is a full-time position with the potential for visa sponsorship for non-Russian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum tailored to individual student needs
- Provide engaging and interactive instruction in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes language acquisition
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to share ideas and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Experience teaching or tutoring ESL/EFL students preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs

Salary:
Starting salary of 1000$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa, the capital city of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Russia. Ufa is known for its rich cultural heritage, beautiful architecture, and vibrant arts scene.
