Position: Gardener/ Landscaper

We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Gardener/ Landscaper to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Gardener/ Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, watering, and pruning to ensure the gardens are healthy and well-maintained.
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to the clients' preferences.
- Design and implement new landscaping plans for clients' properties.
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in the gardens.
- Maintain and repair garden equipment as needed.
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Gardener or Landscaper.
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees commonly found in Ufa.
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Strong understanding of pest control methods.
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
