A reputable construction company in Ufa is seeking a skilled Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and other surfaces using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural or synthetic stones. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or plans to determine layout and materials needed
- Measure and mark surfaces for cutting and laying bricks
- Mix mortar or other adhesives according to specifications
- Lay bricks or stones in horizontal rows, ensuring levelness and even spacing
- Cut or shape bricks using manual or power tools
- Apply mortar between joints of bricks
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or stone pieces
- Clean and polish surfaces after installation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in masonry work preferred but not required
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding if needed
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Familiarity with safety procedures when working with tools and equipment

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
