We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Ufa. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to our diverse clientele. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month, along with accommodation provided. We welcome Indian applicants who are fluent in English and possess a biometric passport. This position is open to all genders.

As a Barber, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Performing various haircuts, including modern and traditional styles
- Styling hair using various techniques such as cutting, trimming, and shaping
- Advising clients on proper hair care and maintenance
- Grooming facial hair and providing shaving services
- Keeping the work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records of services provided
- Building rapport with clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber in a professional setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
