Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of buildings and identifying any repair or maintenance needs
- Repairing or replacing broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Painting interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Troubleshooting issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Maintaining records of repairs and services performed
- Responding to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
