Handyman (Indian Nationals)

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facility in Ufa. Your main duties will include fixing and maintaining equipment, repairing structures, and completing general upkeep tasks. You will also be expected to have knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position that does not require English language proficiency. However, candidates must possess a valid biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets.
- Repair or replace broken or damaged equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems.
- Repair or install plumbing fixtures.
- Patch or paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
- Report any major repairs or replacements needed to the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a related field.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must possess a valid biometric passport.

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
