IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our company's network and systems infrastructure. This role requires strong technical knowledge in network and server administration, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
- Manage user accounts and permissions on various systems
- Upgrade hardware and software as needed to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system issues
- Document network configurations and procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and VPNs
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Working knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk (remote work may be available)
