QA Engineer

We are currently hiring a QA Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing. This is a contract position with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test plans accordingly
- Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure product functionality and user experience meet quality standards
- Design, develop and maintain automated tests for regression testing and continuous integration
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues found during testing
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality risks
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual testing of web applications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Appium is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
