Bilingual Commercial Architect


We are in search of a talented and experienced Bilingual Commercial Architect to join our team in Ufa. As a Bilingual Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in both English and your native language (Urdu or Malayalam). Your creativity and technical expertise will be crucial in developing functional and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet the needs of our clients. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Salary: $1100 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Fluency in English and either Urdu or Malayalam
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a commercial architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial architecture projects

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, budget, and timeline for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials
