Senior Architect for Large-Scale Projects in Ufa, Pakistan


We are a leading architectural firm seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing large-scale projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other architects to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop project proposals, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Work with engineers and other architects to develop design solutions that meet technical requirements
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and approve construction plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure it stays on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect working on large-scale projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, engineers, and other architects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
