A busy barbershop in Ufa, Russia is seeking an experienced and skilled Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair cutting and styling services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients of all ages and hair types
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired looks
- Recommend appropriate hair products and treatments based on client's needs
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain a neat schedule
- Uphold professional standards at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber, with a portfolio or references of previous work
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques and styles for different hair types
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to consult with clients on their desired looks
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own tools and equipment
- Knowledge of hair products and treatments
- Certification or training from an accredited barber program preferred
- Fluent in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month (depending on experience)
Accommodation: Provided
Nationality: Indian preferred (but not required)
