Computer Support Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and networks, ensuring smooth operation for our employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees
- Provide timely resolution to technical problems to minimize downtime
- Set up new user accounts and ensure proper access privileges are granted
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and order supplies as needed
- Train employees on basic computer usage and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system updates and upgrades

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Degree or certifications in Information Technology or related field
- Experience managing Active Directory
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
