We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and advice to our Indian clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to assist our Indian clients with their inquiries regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian clients through online channels such as chat, email, and phone calls
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries
- Offer guidance and recommendations based on the client's needs and preferences
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries
- Keep track of customer interactions and update records in the company's database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent level of service is provided to all clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledgeable about Indian culture, traditions, and market trends
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various online communication tools

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
