Nepali Moderator for Online Community in Izhevsk, Russia


We are hiring a Nepali Moderator to join our online community team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the community guidelines are followed and maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions and posts within the online community
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action against any violations
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify and resolve issues within the community
- Develop relationships with members to foster a sense of community engagement
- Create engaging content and promote active participation within the community
- Stay updated on current trends, topics, and issues relevant to the community

Requirements:
- Fluency in Nepali language (both written and spoken)
- Experience moderating online communities or forums is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communication tools
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with professionalism and tact
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1300 per month
