Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining facade systems on buildings and other structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain facade systems according to project specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure successful completion of projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in carpentry, construction, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation/maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of building materials and tools used in facade systems
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Good communication skills in Malayalam/English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Valid driver's license
