We are a residential painting company based in Izhevsk, Russia and we are currently seeking an experienced Residential Painter to join our team. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for painting both interior and exterior surfaces of residential buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cut in edges and corners with precision
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths to protect from paint spills
- Mix and match paint colors as required by clients
- Repair cracks or holes in walls before painting
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a painter, preferably in a residential setting
- Knowledge of different types of paints and how to use them effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to complete jobs within given deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in painting techniques or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Understanding of safety procedures when working with paint chemicals
- Experience using specialized equipment such as spray guns
