We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Plasterer to join our growing team in Izhevsk. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. While experience is preferred, we are also open to training candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning, and applying primer
- Measure and cut plasterboards to fit specific areas
- Mix plaster materials according to instructions
- Apply plaster evenly and smoothly using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth out rough spots and imperfections using trowels or sandpaper
- Repair cracks or holes in walls before applying plaster
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints or plans for accurate measurements
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities

Preferred:
- Experience working with traditional lime-based plasters
- Certification in plastering techniques
- Familiarity with different types of finishes such as Venetian plaster or stucco
