Formworker Supervisor - Izhevsk, Russia

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of formwork structures on building sites in Izhevsk, Russia. You will lead a team of formworkers and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Your main duties will include planning and organizing the daily work schedule, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress to meet project deadlines. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and providing training to new team members.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a formworker and prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
