Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager
Location: Izhevsk, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Izhevsk. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles. This is a contract position with an urgent start date, offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month. Biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Prepare progress reports for upper management
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being done correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
