Junior Architectural Technologist - Izhevsk, Russia


As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and technical aspects of architectural projects in Izhevsk, Russia. You will work closely with senior architects and other team members to create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design purposes
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to ensure project goals are met
- Review project documents and make necessary revisions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural technology
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Fluent English language skills (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
