Architectural Technologist for Residential Projects in Izhevsk, Russia

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for residential projects. Your main focus will be on producing accurate and efficient designs that meet all building regulations and codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and codes
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, architects, or engineers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in building codes, and new construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist on residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings within tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
