Heritage Preservation Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Heritage Preservation Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city. Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on historical buildings and structures in Izhevsk to understand their significance and architectural style
- Developing preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines while also maintaining the original design of the structure
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other experts to ensure the preservation work is carried out accurately
- Inspecting buildings regularly to monitor their condition and identify potential issues that may require immediate attention
- Preparing detailed reports on the preservation progress and any challenges encountered during the process

Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience working on heritage preservation projects is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, conservation techniques, and building materials used in historical structures
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

The job will be based in Izhevsk, Russia. However, candidates from India who speak fluent English are also welcome to apply.
