Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will also collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in industrial design. You should also possess strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position as you will be working closely with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

As our Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design software. You will also conduct site visits to assess existing structures or potential locations for new projects. In addition, you will be involved in the selection of materials, equipment, and finishes for each project.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail is crucial for this role.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of nationality or gender. However, proficiency in Russian would be beneficial for this role as most of our clients are located in the local area.
