Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction of architectural projects. Your main duties will include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position. You must also possess excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members. A degree in architecture or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review architectural plans and designs for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Hire and supervise staff members as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
