Machine Operator

Our company is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring and maintaining various machines and equipment in our production facility. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure all materials are available
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products according to production schedule
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions in a timely manner
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of production output and any issues that arise during production
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in manufacturing industry
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Familiarity with different types of machines such as lathes, drills, grinders, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required
- Own visa/permit to work in Russia (if applicable)
- Fluent English proficiency (additional languages are an advantage)
