Barista - Coffee Shop Assistant



We are currently hiring a Barista - Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at a charming coffee shop in Izhevsk. This position is perfect for an English-speaking individual, preferably of Indian nationality, who is looking for an entry-level job without experience or accommodation requirements. As a Barista - Coffee Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers, as well as providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
- Ensure all drinks are made to company standards and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Assist in opening and closing duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Preferably of Indian nationality
- No prior experience required but must be willing to learn
- A passion for coffee and desire to learn more about it
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1000$ per month
