We are in need of a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Present product information and conduct product demonstrations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints from clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Fluency in Russian is required, English language skills are not necessary
