Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for an Indian national with previous sales experience and a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month (plus commission)
