We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify any repairs or maintenance needs
- Install and maintain various fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, door handles, etc.
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from clients or management
- Keep accurate records of completed work orders and materials used
- Work with contractors and vendors as needed for larger projects
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when working on site

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in construction or building maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
