Part-Time Concierge in Kathmandu

We are seeking a part-time concierge to join our team in Kathmandu. As a concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and providing exceptional customer service. This position is perfect for someone without previous experience looking to gain valuable skills in hospitality. The salary for this role is 1700$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. Candidates with their own visa and who have completed high school (12 pass) are welcome to apply.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will assist them with check-in and check-out processes, as well as providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options. You will also handle guest inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure that all requests are promptly addressed.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry is not required but would be considered an asset. You must be able to work independently and have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
