Job Title: Concierge Coordinator



We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Pokhara. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and coordinating all aspects of their stay. This position is open to all nationalities and we offer own visa jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, events and transportation options to provide recommendations to guests
- Coordinate reservations for dining, excursions, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Ensure all guest needs are met during their stay including room amenities, housekeeping requests, and special arrangements
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare welcome packages for VIP guests or special occasions
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Concierge or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly yet professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, events, etc.
- Proficient in computer systems such as MS Office
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1100$ per month
