Computer Systems Analyst



We are hiring a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Acre, Nepal. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing computer systems and procedures, identifying problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be involved in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of existing computer systems and procedures.
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Collaborating with IT teams to design, develop, and implement new systems.
- Testing new systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for computer systems.
- Documenting system processes and procedures for reference.
- Training employees on how to use new systems effectively.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python or C++.
- Experience working with databases (SQL, Oracle) and operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
