Job Title: IT Manager for International Company in Acre


We are a leading international company with offices in Acre and we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and experience managing a diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Train and mentor team members to ensure their continued professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong technical skills in networking, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Acre but may require occasional travel to other locations.
