Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of effectively leading teams to achieve targets and deliver high-quality work on time
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
