Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Acre. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with different departments, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Identify and allocate resources required for project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure tasks are being completed efficiently
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP)
- Experience in the technology industry
- Knowledge of Agile methodology

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
