Moderator - English Speaking


As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, forums, and social media platforms. Your role will involve reviewing user-generated content, responding to inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that all content posted is in line with our community guidelines. This is a remote position that requires fluency in English and experience moderating online platforms. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms for any violations of community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Review user-generated content for appropriateness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in moderation practices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 1 year experience moderating online communities or social media platforms
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working remotely is a plus
Salary: $1100 per month
Location: Acre, Israel
Preference given to Indian candidates
