Plasterer Supervisor

Our construction company in Acre is seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer Supervisor to join our team. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the plastering process, from preparing surfaces to mixing and applying plaster. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of plasterers and ensuring that all work is completed to high standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a plasterer, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good physical stamina for working on construction sites
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in the construction industry

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the plastering process, including preparing surfaces, mixing plaster, and applying it on walls or ceilings
- Supervise a team of plasterers, assign tasks, and ensure that work is completed according to deadlines and quality standards
- Train new team members on proper techniques for plastering
- Inspect work progress regularly to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures at all times
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for plastering jobs

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
