Senior Architect - Acre, India


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Acre, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and then develop detailed plans and drawings that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is built according to the plans and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timeline to ensure that deadlines are met
- Research new materials, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect (10+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong design skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Relocation assistance may be provided for out-of-state candidates.
