Job Title: Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your creativity to bring their ideas to life through stunning floral designs. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful arrangements. You will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies, as well as ensuring timely delivery and setup of arrangements. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome candidates of all nationalities with a valid visa. No English proficiency is required for this job. Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral designs based on client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and budget
- Order flowers from suppliers and maintain inventory
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of arrangements
- Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to health & safety guidelines
- Stay updated on current trends in floral design
- Collaborate with team members to execute large-scale events
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to consult with clients effectively
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Passion for creating beautiful floral designs
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
