Office Administrator
We are a fast-growing company in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Acre. The ideal candidate will be a Filipino national who is fluent in English and has experience working in an office setting. This is an urgent position that requires someone with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Help maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Filipino national with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in an office setting preferred but not required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed
